Mr. Brogan is a graduate of Georgetown University and Seton Hall Law School. From 1971 through 1973, he was a Deputy Attorney General in the New Jersey Division of Criminal Justice, Appellate Section. Since joining the firm in 1973, he has been involved in diverse criminal and civil litigation, including appellate practice, white collar criminal defense, attorney ethics matters, personal injury and medical malpractice. Mr. Brogan is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He is also a former member of the St. Benedict Prep Alumni Association Board of Directors, having served the organization as President and in other capacities for many years.
