Ms. Mulrey received her B.S., summa cum laude, from Northeastern University in 2002 and graduated a member of the Order of the Coif from Rutgers School of Law - Newark in 2005. While attending Rutgers law school, Ms. Mulrey served as an editor of the Rutgers Law Review and as a judicial extern to the Honorable Justice James R. Zazzali of the New Jersey Supreme Court. Following law school, she served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Justice Barry T. Albin of the New Jersey Supreme Court. She practices in the areas of state and federal criminal defense and commercial litigation. In addition to her law practice, Ms. Mulrey has experience as a private accountant and an auditor, having worked for Arthur Andersen and The Gillette Company in Boston, Massachusetts.
Ms. Mulrey was recognized in the 2008 thru 2012 edition of New Jersey Monthly magazine's "Super Lawyers - Rising Stars" of the legal profession. She is currently admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Ms. Mulrey is a member of the American Bar Association, National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, New Jersey State Bar Association, Association of the Federal Bar, Essex County Bar Association, and Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers of New Jersey.
