Mr. Grossman has litigated extensively in the areas of commercial and employment law. His expertise includes civil litigations that have emanated from criminal matters, as well as creditors' rights, fraud, contract, eminent domain/takings, civil rights, probate, restrictive covenant and unfair competition litigations. He has represented small and large companies, state and federal financial institutions, corporations and sophisticated individuals in jury and non-jury matters in state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels, and before the American Arbitration Association and other arbitration venues. He has represented a New Jersey State jurist in disciplinary proceedings that culminated in a reported decision of the New Jersey Supreme Court: In re Subryan, 187 N.J. 139 (2006), and a contractor successfully proving on summary judgment a secondary boycott claim against a union: U.S. Information Systems, Inc. v. IBEW Local 164, 2010 WL 1879275 (D.N.J. May 10, 2010). He is presently representing a landowner asserting Federal constitutional challenges to the taking of its real property, an insured in a multimillion dollar environmental insurance coverage dispute, and a telecommunications contractor in federal litigations involving labor and anti-trust disputes.

Grossman received his A.B. from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut, and his J.D. from New York Law School. Admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1986, Grossman is also licensed to practice in the State of New York, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the District of New Jersey and the Southern District of New York. Admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1986, Grossman is also licensed to practice in the State of New York, the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the District of New Jersey and the Southern District of New York. Grossman is a member of the New Jersey, Essex County and New York Bar Associations. Grossman has also served as an Arbitrator for the Union County Commercial Arbitration Program. He resides in Union County, New Jersey, with his wife and teenage daughters.
