Mr. Walder is a graduate of Syracuse University, Rutgers University Graduate School of Management and Seton Hall University School of Law. He is a member of the New York and New Jersey Bars. He served as an attorney for the New Jersey Department of Law and Public Safety's Bureau of Securities. During his law school career, he was a judicial intern to the Honorable Nicholas H. Politan in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He practices in the areas of commercial litigation, criminal litigation and corporate law. Mr. Walder is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Association of the Federal Bar.
